Appointments
We accept walk-ins, however, we encourage you to book an appointment to
receive your preferred time. To schedule a time, please book online or simply call us. A major credit card is required in order to confirm/hold your reservation. Cancellations are possible up until 12-hours before your appointment. Individuals who miss their reservation or cancel without 12-hour notification may be charged the full amount of the service.
Late Policy
We strive to ensure that all our clients enjoy their visit to Moon Lake spa therefore it’s important that treatments start at their scheduled appointment time. In order to maintain our schedule throughout the day, we are not able to guarantee the full appointment duration for clients that arrive late.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can begin to decompress and to ensure a timely commencement. To
maintain the spa experience, we ask that you silence your mobile phones
and electronic devices upon arrival. Attire
Please undress to your level of comfort. All of our staff are professionally trained and licensed to ensure the highest quality service and integrity. Proper draping techniques are used for your privacy and comfort.

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left in the massage rooms! Buckets are provided to store personal items, such as clothing, jewelry, electronics, keys, and other personal belongings. The client is responsible for collecting all items from the room before they leave!
